Failed Membrane Balcony Rebuild

Removed old stone, concrete, and subfloor. Found that the subfloor was sloped towards the house, installed new subfloor ensuring the proper slope, flashed and installed PolyGuard membrane. The membrane was made right here in Corsicana. Installed drain mat and poured concrete. For the final layer, we installed 24×24in porcelain pavers.
